Hus - Lærdalsøyri

The exhibition will show pictures (technique: gouache) with imagery taken from Lærdal's wooden houses and their colors. The fire that happened in Lærdal proved how easily we can end up with the loss of significant parts of our cultural heritage. The project shows houses that are all representative of this cultural heritage that we still have, definitely present in our smaller cities and towns. The fire in Lærdal, and the values at stake, are therefore valid concerns for the whole country.
