Do you have or know children between the ages of 4 and 6 who would like to learn how cardboard, stencils and various drawing tools can be transformed into fun and imaginative creatures or animals inspired by space? We invite you to the family workshop "Drawing Galaxy" with artist Lucía Aragón, where children can let their imaginations flourish and explore the galactic world of drawing!
About the course
In this workshop, children take an imaginative adventure into space to explore what animals on other planets might look like. Using our own pets here on Earth as a starting point, we create otherworldly creatures – perhaps a dog with antennae, a cat with wings, or a lizard with ten tails?
Inspired by the story of Laika, the first dog in space, and the children's book The Little Prince , children get to design their own fantasy animals using various drawing tools. Through storytelling, painting and drawing, we will open the door to a universe filled with play and creativity!
The children get to experiment with different materials such as chalk, charcoal, stencils, paint, colored paper and cardboard. All participants get to take their own fantasy animal home.
