Do you have children aged 8-11 who want to explore drawing in light and dark? In this workshop, the children will experience how the line changes when we experiment with different drawing tools in changing light.
Together with artist and course leader Anette Heramb, participants are invited into a playful space where light and darkness give new life to the drawings. Inspired by Kitty Crowther's imaginative visual universe , we will work with faces and investigate how the expression changes when the light moves from bright to dim. We will use UV lamps and UV markers to explore how colors and shapes can emerge – or disappear – in a mysterious dark room.
This is a creative workshop where children can let loose and let their drawing follow their journey from day to night!
